Delivering a Universal Hydrogen Solution Across the Globe

Who We Are

Genuine H2’s mission is to commercialise its proven green hydrogen electrolysis technology so it can provide multiple industries across the globe with affordable, reliable, and clean energy while delivering a commercially viable avenue to decarbonisation.

Our scalable technology has universal applications across the mobility, infrastructure, commercial and consumer sectors, which we believe will provide a ‘right now’ solution to the climate and energy crisis.

We offer a circular plug & play technology, which reuses wastewater/seawater so it can be converted into green energy and pure water.

Our groundbreaking carbon-negative electrolysis units also extract CO2 from water to create bicarbonates and can be custom-fit to meet the specific energy demands of our customers — big or small.

Universal Applications

Mobility

The technology can fuel any form of transport, including yachts, ships, ferries, aeroplanes, trains, cars, buses, and trucks.

Infrastructure

The units can be used to construct a network of hydrogen refuelling stations for land and marine purposes.

Commercial

The technology can power urban environments, hospitals, remote farms/communities, mining/construction sites, factories, high rises, and offices.

Universal Applications

Commercial

The technology can power urban environments, hospitals, remote farms/communities, mining/construction sites, factories, high rises, and offices.

Consumer

The units can use the wastewater from homes — showers and sinks — to power homes.

Technical Advantages

Circular Solution

Our technology recycles wastewater/seawater to produce green energy, while also creating pure water that can be reused or entered back into the ecosystem.

Carbon-Negative

The process also extracts carbon from the water, which is converted into bicarbonates for use in other industries or for long-term sequestration.

Custom-Fit

Purpose-built for customers’ specific needs, such as large units for companies with a high-energy demand or modular units for sites needing mobile power.

Plug & Play

The units can be easily installed onto homes, offices, hotels, boats, cars, fuel stations, farms, construction sites and anywhere else needing clean energy.

Technical Overview

Powered by renewable sources, such as wind and solar, the electrolysis unit extracts green hydrogen from wastewater/seawater and converts it to electricity via a fuel cell.

The electrolysis units also take the wastewater/seawater and produce clean, pure water.

Our Three Part System

Extraction

  • Direct hydrogen extraction from seawater/wastewater provides an autonomous, clean, and potentially limitless energy solution.
  • Eliminates the need to purify both seawater and wastewater.
  • Removes the need for redundant systems and further reduces the overall weight and footprint of the system.

Storage

  • A carbon-negative hydrogen solution, which is captured, stored and delivered in one container.
  • The cartridge system holds more energy than a lithium-ion battery, costs less and recharges in minutes.
  • A light-activated nano-structured thin film offering an economical and safe hydrogen infrastructure system.

Fuel cell

  • Cutting-edge, modular fuel cell enables emission-free electricity to be produced while eliminating fine particles and noise.
  • Scalable energy output to meet any power demand, 12,000 hours plus operating life.
  • No clogging, no moving parts, stackable, integrated hydrogen safety management, compact.

Carbon

Removal

Our state-of-the-art method for producing green hydrogen is carbon-negative, as the process also extracts carbon from the water, which is converted into bicarbonates for use in other industries such as farming or for long-term sequestration.

Due to this, our customers may be eligible for the lucrative carbon credit system, which reached a market size of US$851b in 2021.
